We at My Candles and Such.com are totally committed to your complete satisfaction.  If you receive an item from us that is defective, damaged, or simply does not meet your complete expectations, please notify us immediately and we will refund you the merchandise purchased price.  No questions asked!!

If you wish to make a return you must contact us within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise.  We will then issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide you with instructions of how and where to return the merchandise.  Normal processing of a Return Authorization takes 24-48 hours.  Once a Return Authorization is given you will have 5 days to return the merchandise.  Return shipping charges are solely the responsibility of the customer making the return and, for your protection, we suggest insuring the return shipment.

Please do not return merchandise without prior authorization.
